Shipping & Returns


Orders are shipped from WA (Western Australia) and we strive to dispatch all orders placed before 6PM AEST on the same business day. All orders are transported via Australia Post's Road Service where transit times are between 2-7 business days. Australia Post's Road Service also allows parcel tracking and so you will be provided with your order tracking number once your order has been shipped.

We offer 'free' shipping on all orders because the shipping and handling cost is included in the sale price, hence why there is no additional postage and handling fee at checkout. We can ship to any Australian address including rural locations, PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers.

Currently, we only ship to addresses within Australia as with most products, it is not possible to economically ship internationally. Please Contact Us for any international enquiries.


Returns Policy

You may return any new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or damaged item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within one week of the return package being delivered to us, however, in most cases you will receive a refund sooner. This time period includes the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (1 to 5 business days). Please note, this time period does not include the transit time for us to receive your return which can take 5 to 10 business days.
